June DeLeo incorporated HR Response more than 15 years ago. In this role, she has worked for a multitude of clients, developing strategies and providing services that have measurably advanced company goals.

Before forming her own consulting company, DeLeo was Human Resources Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises, overseeing the HR management for six distribution sites throughout Ohio. She also served for seven years as Vice President for Human Resources for a regional organization.

Teresa Terranova SPHR

Teresa holds an MBA from The Ohio State University with an HR concentration and a BS in Business from Miami University with a major in Personnel and Employment Relations. She has been a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources for 15 years. She offers experience in recruiting, compensation, affirmative action, complaint investigations, training, and benefits administration in the insurance, property management and engineering industries.
