  "I have worked in partnership with June on a number of projects for Ohio Auto Club.  The most notable was the development of new Pay for Performance Programs in an effort to ensure profitability, efficiency and superior customer service in our retail operation which has a huge emphasis on Travel.  This was a challenge not only for training purposes but also because the staff was being compensated in significantly different ways.  Our challenges included: sharing commission-based sales, increasing sales while emphasizing customer service and, consolidating long-standing separate positions. We needed to change our service oriented culture to a true sales culture.  June's thorough analysis and recommendations were outstanding.  The new pay for performance plan was designed to be fluid as annual priorities continue to change.  In the past several years, despite challenges in the travel industry, our sales have grown, our retail operation is profitable and our customer service scores have grown dramatically."

June worked with us to design a new Incentive Program for our Travel Sales Staff.  This project ran smoother and quicker than any other project I had experienced with any consultant.  This was despite the geographical differences with our Canadian location, and June being based  in the U.S.  The results of the new Sales Compensation/Incentive program have been phenomenal.  Sales for certain employee groupings improved 80% and other key criteria had increases of up to 300%.  The number of top sales achievers more than doubled.  All in all revenue and performance measures dramatically increased in the first year, and have continued to rise.  Engaging HR Response in this endeavor was a great investment, and I highly recommend her."
