worked with us to design a new Incentive Program for our Travel Sales
Staff. This project ran smoother and quicker than any other project I
had experienced with any consultant. This was despite the geographical
differences with our Canadian location, and June being based in the
U.S. The results of the new Sales Compensation/Incentive program have
been phenomenal. Sales for certain employee groupings improved 80%
and other key criteria had increases of up to 300%. The number of
top sales achievers more than doubled. All in all revenue and
performance measures dramatically increased in the first year, and have

The deliverable that June produced to increase the
professionalism in a division that was struggling was invaluable to our
