June DeLeo,
principal of HR Response, has more than 20 years of executive human resources
experience and has helped many clients use the human resources function to see
measurable advances toward their goals.
Before
forming her own consulting company, DeLeo was Human Resources Manager at
Coca-Cola Enterprises, overseeing the HR management for six distribution sites
throughout Ohio. She also served for seven years as Vice President for Human
Resources for a regional organization.
Today, with
more than eight years as an independent consultant, DeLeo has led a variety of
clients through the HR maze, from Fortune 500 companies to those with fewer than
50 employees; from manufacturing companies to non-profit organizations; from
corporations to subsidiaries; from firms with sites throughout the U.S. to
Canadian companies.
With DeLeo’s
executive background, she has acquired many areas of expertise, including
